- 1 large egg , lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill , chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley , chopped
- 1 clove garlic , minced

- Salt and black pepper , to taste
- 2–3 tablespoons olive oil , for frying
