  • 12 tbsp allulose or ½ cup Medjool dates

  • Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  • Chill a loaf pan in the freezer.

  • Blend coconut milk, protein powder, and sweetener.

  • Pour into pan. Stir every 20 minutes for 1 hour.

  • Freeze for 2–3 hours.
