28 oz chilled full-fat coconut milk

1 cup vanilla protein powder

1–2 tbsp allulose or ½ cup Medjool dates

Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Chill a loaf pan in the freezer.

Blend coconut milk, protein powder, and sweetener.

Pour into pan. Stir every 20 minutes for 1 hour.

Freeze for 2–3 hours.

Thaw 10–15 minutes before serving.
